Who handles enquiries

Klientum services are provided by sole proprietor Viktor Kryvonozhko. For data enquiries, contact [email protected] or +380 93 427 28 40.

Forms and direct enquiries

We use your name, contact details and project description to respond and discuss services. Submissions also include the page address, form name and campaign parameters, where available. Do not enter payment details, documents or other sensitive information in the project description.

Delivery and access

Forms are processed by a Cloudflare Worker. Enquiries are delivered to the team's Telegram group, Google Sheet and Notion CRM. These services and Cloudflare hosting may process technical information under their own policies. Direct messages are also processed by your chosen email provider or Telegram.

Browser storage and analytics

Your browser stores the theme and analytics/advertising choice for up to 180 days. Campaign parameters are kept for the session to identify enquiry sources; the contents of regular site forms are not saved locally. AI consultant drafts are stored in your browser for up to 7 days; this period does not limit server retention of conversations and contact details. Cloudflare determines the country without exposing the IP address to browser code. In the EEA, UK, Switzerland and when the country is unknown, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics load only after Allow all or Analytics only. Allow all also permits advertising cookies, measurement data sharing with Google Ads and personalised advertising, including remarketing. Analytics only keeps these advertising features disabled. In other detected countries, measurement and advertising features start automatically unless you previously declined or chose analytics only. Change or withdraw your choice using Analytics settings in the footer. After refusal, Google tags do not load. Forms work independently of your choice. Names, contact details and enquiry text are not included in Google events or sent for enhanced conversions. Fonts are hosted on our website. Google processes received data under its policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. Google signals may associate visit data with information from signed-in Google users who consented to personalisation, for aggregated demographic and interest reports and advertising audiences. This data can be accessed or deleted at https://myactivity.google.com/.

Conversations, contact details and backups

We retain AI consultant conversations, contact details and enquiry contents on the server without automatic deletion. Backups are retained for 30 days and then automatically removed from the archive.
