Project and campaign background
The company sold wooden playgrounds with an average order value of about $3,000. The buyer had to understand the product and leave a contact for a follow-up conversation, so the price of the lead was only the beginning of the evaluation of the result.
The challenge: enquiries for a high-value product
The team needed to show playgrounds in use and create a clear enquiry journey. They worked on creative, a landing page and Facebook/Instagram messaging. The full campaign period, media budget and sales attribution rules are not published in the archive.
Creatives, quizzes and segmentation
- Prepared filming briefs and photo/video assets.
- We created a quiz as a landing point for the enquiry.
- Provided recommendations for Facebook and Instagram.
- Analyzed and divided target audiences.
- Tested ad copy and creative.
The quiz here was part of the consultation process, not proof that any long survey increases conversion. For other businesses, we first check whether additional questions really help sales and do not create an unnecessary barrier.
The result at different stages of the funnel
The archive reports $0.61 per lead, a 3–4% lead-to-customer conversion rate and $20–25 per customer. These ranges cannot be combined into one exact calculation because matching periods and samples are not specified. CPL and customer acquisition cost use different denominators.
The practical value of the case is the presence of business metrics after the form. A new project needs its own account of the transition "enquiry → consultation → sale", otherwise cheap forms can create a false impression of efficiency.
The result in context
lead $0.61, customer $20-25. These are results from one project, not a guarantee for another business. We do not invent unpublished dates, costs or scope of work.
